In essence, TruckSend buys you the precious commodity of time, enabling you to maximize your earnings. Many owner-operators initially enter the industry to drive loads and generate income, only to find themselves overwhelmed by paperwork, regulatory obligations, and negotiations – tasks that detract from their profit-generating activities. By assuming responsibility for these essential business support tasks, TruckSend empowers your business to operate smoothly, freeing you to take on more loads. Moreover, our negotiation strategies are geared towards securing the best rates for your loads, ensuring that you keep more money in your pocket.
Interestingly, no. Recruiting capable and competent talent necessitates a rigorous selection process, which consumes both time and, if you opt for headhunters, financial resources. Even upon finding suitable candidates, additional expenses such as office space and possibly training may arise. Conversely, as numerous clients have acknowledged, engaging TruckSend Dispatch often proves to be more cost-efficient than hiring a full-time dispatcher. Leveraging our industry expertise, extensive networks, and experience, we excel in delivering unparalleled dispatching services.
Absolutely not. At TruckSend Dispatch, we operate on a month-to-month basis. We refrain from requiring truck drivers to commit to long-term contracts upfront because we believe in earning your business every step of the way. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we are dedicated to working tirelessly to meet your needs. Additionally, we firmly believe in preserving the freedom for business owners to choose their partners, ensuring that you maintain control over your operations.
- Signing up with TruckSend is a seamless process as you can conveniently submit documents online.
- Begin by signing our Dispatch Carrier Agreement, a document that clearly outlines both parties’ responsibilities. This agreement is designed to safeguard the interests of both parties and does not entail a long-term service contract. Our services operate on a month-to-month basis, and there are no penalties for discontinuing our service.
- Additionally, you’ll need insurance that lists TruckSend as the certificate holder. This is standard industry practice and enables us to conduct business on your behalf when required. Ensure that the insurance covers liability and cargo.
- We also require the Carrier Set-Up Package and references for the shippers and brokers we collaborate with, as well as for our records. Your MC Permit and signed W9 form should also be included.
- At TruckSend, we maintain meticulous records and adhere to all safety, regulatory, and industry standards. Therefore, we need a copy of the CDL for each driver we dispatch.
TruckSend collaborates with both owner/operators operating under their own MC authorities and carriers employing company drivers.
Certainly not. Unless you’ve explicitly directed your insurance agent to handle certificate requests exclusively from “the insured only” (you), we liaise with your insurance agent to obtain the insurance certificates containing the necessary certificate holder information.
Certainly. We are passionate about supporting truck drivers and carriers at every stage of their careers. What we value most are dedicated, hardworking drivers, plain and simple. Admittedly, if you’re a new carrier, it may initially pose some challenges for us to secure the best loads, as many shippers and brokers tend to favor carriers with MC authorities that are at least six months to a year old. However, you can trust TruckSend Dispatch to give our utmost effort to help you maximize your earnings in your first year. Once you reach the one-year milestone, accessing better rates and loads will become even more accessible.
Indeed. While many of our clients appreciate our all-inclusive service package covering dispatch, documentation, compliance, and other essential business support, we also cater to those who may only require assistance with specific tasks like documentation and paperwork. At TruckSend Dispatch, we prioritize our clients’ autonomy in conducting their business operations according to their preferences and expertise. After all, they are the ones who truly understand their business inside and out.
